Local Law 26/04 (LL26/04) was introduced, which increased the requirement for fire sprinkler systems throughout New York City. The requirement for the installation of fire sprinkler systems in office buildings that are 100 feet or more in height. Furthermore, the fire sprinkler system must be installed by July 1, 2019.
